How do I accumulate spend?

You can accumulate spend towards the R.H.V loyalty program by making a purchase via our website

When will my membership level change?

Each membership term runs for 12 months. If you reach a higher tier during your membership term through eligible purchases you will be upgraded immediately. To retain this tier for the next 12- month period you must meet the required spend. Please note you must be subscribed to the R.H.V email newsletter to receive your membership benefits. If you unsubscribe at any time you will lose access to these benefits.
